1. Buy Policy: This feature allows policyholders to purchase various types of insurance policies, including motor, health, travel, home, and trade insurance.
2. Policy Renewal: Policyholders can easily renew their policies online. Additionally, automatic alerts are sent to remind customers about the renewal deadlines.
3. Policy Copy Download: Manage all your policies in one place using the app. You can also download copies of your motor and health insurance policies through the app.
4. QCS Claims:
   • Motor QCS: The Quick Claim Settlement (QCS) process allows you to register claims from the comfort of your home. With QCS, claims are settled as soon as your vehicle reaches the workshop, streamlining the traditional claims process.
   • Health QCS: For discharged patients with total expenses under Rs 25,000, physical document submission is not required. Users can upload scanned copies of the necessary documents for speedy claim processing.
